Cadence in the Clouds

Cadence in the Clouds is the live music extension of Spice on the Beat, a Philadelphia-based Hip-Hop blog. It is a developmental concert series that takes place three times a year and doesn't prioritize highlighting artists with the highest streaming numbers. Instead, it showcases artists who deserve more opportunities than they are currently receiving.

The events occur in different locations on Mondays—popular industry nights in the city—while partnering with local Philadelphia-based businesses. This demonstrates to artists that they don't need to move to New York or Los Angeles to have a thriving career; they can build one here with the right resources.

Cadence in the Clouds strives to bring those resources into one room, celebrating every individual who puts their passion at the forefront of their career and dares to take risks rather than follow the paths of conventionality.
